Welcome to the Upper Crust Rewards Scheme (the “Rewards Scheme”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) outline the terms of participation in the Rewards Scheme and the rewards you can earn for making qualifying purchases at Upper Crust locations detailed at Schedule 1 (the “Participating Upper Crust Locations”). By participating in the Rewards Scheme, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility:
1.1. The Rewards Scheme is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
1.2. Employees, affiliates, and business partners of Upper Crust are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Scheme.
1.3. There is no minimum spend.
2. Scheme Overview:
2.1. The Rewards Scheme offers rewards (the “Rewards”) which can be redeemed on your next purchase at Participating Upper Crust Locations (listed at Schedule 1 of this document) via a QR code (the “QR Code”).
2.2. To participate in the Rewards Scheme, you must make a qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase is any item you purchase, excluding alcoholic beverages, from one of the Participating Upper Crust Locations (a “Qualifying Purchase”). You then scan the QR Code provided on the packaging of your Qualifying Purchase or (if the Qualifying Purchase does not have a QR Code on it) the QR Code provided on the strut card by the tills. These QR Codes will direct you to a landing page on the Upper Crust rewards website, where you can select one of the three available Rewards.
2.3. The QR Codes will also have an alphanumeric code, which can be entered manually if required.
3. Earning and Redeeming Rewards:
3.1. You can save or download the QR Code to your device or add it to your mobile wallet to use at your next visit to one of the Participating Upper Crust Locations.
3.2. To redeem the Rewards, present the QR Code to a member of staff at the time of your next Qualifying Purchase at a Participating Upper Crust Location.
4. Reward Redemption Terms:
4.1. Rewards are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms, restrictions or change. The Rewards do not include alcoholic beverages.
4.2. QR Codes may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions, unless expressly stated by Upper Crust.
4.3. QR Codes have no cash value and can only be earned and redeemed as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
5. Expiry and Cancellation
5.1. QR Codes will expire on 14 June 2024 at 23:59 United Kingdom time. It is your responsibility to make sure you use your QR Codes before they expire. Expired QR Codes cannot be redeemed or reinstated.
5.2. If we reasonably suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your participation in the Reward Scheme, if you supply false or misleading information to us or if you breach of these Terms and Conditions in any way, we may void all Rewards accrued by you and suspend your right to redeem Rewards.
5.3. If you sell, transfer or assign (in any way) your QR Codes to anyone else, you will be in breach of these Terms and Conditions and your QR Codes may be voided in accordance with this clause, as stated above.
6. Account Management:
6.1. Upper Crust may offer an optional account registration for the Reward Scheme, allowing you to receive personalised offers and updates.
6.2. Upper Crust is not responsible for lost or expired QR Codes.
7. Privacy:
7.1. Upper Crust is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Upper Crust’s Privacy Policy. https://www.uppercrust-baguettes.com/privacy/
8. Changes and Termination:
8.1. Upper Crust reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Reward Scheme, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
8.2. Upper Crust reserves the right to modify or withdraw specific reward offers, including discount codes and other special offers, at its sole discretion. Any modifications or withdrawals will be effective immediately upon notice, which may be provided through Upper Crust’s official communication channels.
9. Limitation of Liability:
9.1. Upper Crust shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Rewards Scheme, including the modification, suspension, or withdrawal of reward offers, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law:
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
